About
Inside Holdings
Kyul Holdings Limited sits between Kyul Group Inc. and the five operating companies. It is 100% owned by the Group and, in turn, holds the equity in Projects, Ventures, Engineering, Enterprises and Investment.
The principle is clean ownership: no operating company holds shares in another. Every inter-company stake flows through Holdings, which also runs the Group’s shared services and treasury — keeping overheads low, reporting consolidated and due diligence simple.
