Kyul Investment Limited is the asset-management arm. It holds and grows the Group’s capital — in real estate, in plant and equipment leased to operating companies, and as equity in Kyul’s project SPVs.
For external and diaspora investors, Investment is the front door: USD-denominated products, ring-fenced SPVs and transparent IRR and MOIC reporting on every position.
